BIG12 Survival must first be ensured before worrying too much about
money/value.
What do I mean? There is still the remote chance that the pack 12 takes the sixth most valuable teams from the big 12.
Think that’s a longshot? Think that’s unlikely? Think it’s not gonna happen? That’s exactly what the Pac 12 thought about USC and UCLA. And that assumption was their downfall.
PAC12 With the addition of the best big 12 teams would be a great football conference and Would be better academically than the current big 12.
We can’t assume that won’t happen. We have to ensure that it won’t happen. We do that by acquiring the Pac 12 teams that we can right now. That will be the dagger to the PAC12. At that point Washington and Oregon will beg to join us.
In my opinion, the big 12 needs to be considered being larger than ideal. Why? To insulate ourselves from the raids of the BIG and the SEC Which I believe are likely in the future.

I’d prefer the B12 get ASU and Colorado and then wait for UO and UW to come to terms with the B12 as their best option.
