Even with OU and Texas leaving the BIG12, the BIG12's revenue was going to be equal with the PAC's. There is not enough revenue that the PAC can generate that will entice anyone from the south or east to make a jump to the PAC. If USC was there... you bet... they aren't there anymore.
Utah, Arizona, and Colorado are coattail riders... they don't add value and they ride coat tails for revenue... Utah did that throughout the WAC and MWC.... they have continued that tradition in the PAC and they'd do the same in the BIG12. There are already too many coattail riders in the BIG12 as it stands. Adding Arizona State, Washington and Oregon would add valued teams that can generate revenue.
