Than poor blacks, Native Americans, or Hispanics combined. So just screw all those kids? I don’t see what good looking at percentages of X population live in poverty s this group. Poverty is poverty no matter the color why don’t we just help poor people and not qualify them by their ethnicity? That seems pretty freaking racist to me.
