I love the common ground that I have with my non-member friends.
Me and a lot of my friends grew up watching BYU football. Not all of my friends stayed active in the church and a few of them are actually pretty anti. I love the common ground we have though. It helps a lot that we all genuinely love each other like family. I don't judge them for their choices and they don't judge me for what I do or don't do. When it's game day, we are all the same people.
