Thumbs down me all you want. Some of you are so determined to confirm a narrative you have in your heads about certain
groups of people. Yes, what UO students chanted was terrible. Yes, I’m sure some UO fans were classless losers today.
But as much as some of you want to paint an entire fanbase as a bunch of liberal Mormon haters, the VAST majority of them are great people who were great hosts today, and are more similar to us than they are different.
