I understand that the goal of rebalancing neurotransmitters is an antidepressant effect but for lots of people it seems like a unnecessary process.

I’m fairly convinced I wasted at least a few years of my life on antidepressants that made no noticeable difference.

Since I’ve been on ADHD meds ( stimulants ) things have been drastically different.
