One aspect of that story is absolutely true. The UT license plates. But what he

doesn't understand about that...is we ain't visiting WY. We're trying to get to somewhere nice on the other side. I mean, if Laramie weren't a gas/bathroom stop for Utahns driving east, would it still exist?

Evanston only exists to supply fireworks that UT outlawed.
