In a vacumn increasing rates obviously would lead to decreasing housing prices.
However the reason rates are increasing (generally inflation) has been greater than the deflation pressure form increased rates (look at the 1970s). This time may be different but I still think median home prices are up in 2 years. The crazy outlier sales will be gone and there will be a correction over the next 1-2 years. I was an econ major and did a little better grade wise but can certainly be wrong.
