Economic history shows prices will increase with inflation. Building prices
will come down somewhat but they won't be what they were. City and impact fees are not going down. The economics of developing single family homes is going to keep increasing. Townhomes and stacked condos are likely to fall more but single family homes will see modest 10-20% drops but be back up in a few years. This is going to look like the 70s. Essential assets will increase, although there will be a drop the next 1-2 years. Non essential assets are in trouble.
