And not these Kalani guys in need of a job.

Love Kalani — & I'll be praying for him. But I really hope we can just kill it with hiring a staff that basically runs without him for the most part.

Hopefully he really can fulfill the LaVell mold in bringing men together for an excellent cause. I have my doubts — but my prayers will definitely be with him.

Kelly could do a great job. I still prefer Hill but Poppinga is probably #2 on my list.
