In terms of establishing an effective offensive foundation and implementing his system, I don't know that there's anyone better in all of college football. Is he a bit too reliant on that system always producing by itself and lacking some creativity in response to defensive gameplans? Sure. Though he has also only been at programs that are more limited in their ability to land elite athletes. But overall the numbers speak for themselves. He gets extremely good results at schools that are definitely not top-end P5 football programs.
