For most I think the process turned into finding any job rather than an ideal job. Given, things worked out okay for a few of them.

Kelly could do a great job. I still prefer Hill but Poppinga is probably #2 on my list.

He had the title, but Howell ran the show. UVA wanted to force Bronco to fire Howell and Bronco refused and retired.
