BYU neuters coaches. Bronco and Kalani both came in as tough guys.

"Football is fifth", friday firesides, and "love and learn" is what the institution requires. Tom Holmoe is downy soft. He is a huge part of the cultural problems at BYU. Its obviously bigger than Holmoe though. The leaders of the institution arent winners either. BYU and LDS culture is generally soft and doesnt allow for the type of mentality that is required for football success. Kalani, and I hate to admit it, but Bronco are victims of BYU.
