Okay I think I came up with how we emulate them…

1. Get rid of honor code
…they already try to do the other stuff

I’ll never understand how a byu fan can say “we need to emulate such and such university” when that school doesn’t recruit thru the HC filter.

It’s playing with one arm tied behind your back and flecks of chili peppers in your eyes. You can still compete but it’s much tougher.

HC isn’t going anywhere and per the news this week it seems it will get stricter before it lightens up on anything. BYU football needs to formulate a better model that’s unique to BYU football. I have no idea what else to do and I’ve yet to see any great ideas other than the general “recruit better” and “higher better staff,” etc.
