If it’s a nerve issue and nothing else seems to work acupuncture may help

Get a TENs device. It won’t resolve the issue but they have been proven to mitigate the pain (in some cases)

Get a steroid dosepak. 800mg Ibuprofen 3x/day. 1000mg Tylenol 3x/day. Alternate
