Went through something similar recently. Got to a pain specialist. He fixed me
right up and didn’t fiddle around. Did some x-rays ASAP. Found the spot that need epidural in my spine. Had me wait 3 days off eliquis, gave me the shot and I’m feeling good. Differ from you because I could get some relief sitting or laying. Best wishes. Sure hope you get feeling better.

Get a TENs device. It won’t resolve the issue but they have been proven to mitigate the pain (in some cases)
