many ways. Everything about BYU is more rigorous from the assignments, to the finals, to the students. UVU is a breeze. BYU is a demanding school comparatively. And the atmosphere is so so so much better at BYU than UVU as a result of it being demanding as the caliber of students is necessarily higher. Class discussions are more enjoyable because students actually contribute and care. Group assignments are better because all of the group partners actually do their share of the work. And finally there is a sense of identity and camaraderie at BYU that doesn't exist at UVU. Do you see people on the UVU message board (is there such a thing?) helping other fellow alumni get a job if they're down and out, giving away free tickets, meeting up together to go to games, etc? No, you don't. All of this adds up to a far superior experience at BYU not only while you're at school but as an alumni as well.
