You've identified several problems that
don't seem immediately solvable given the pro-employee environment that government has and the tendency for the current employees to look for sweetheart deals.
Some of the current generation of employees feel entitled to:
1. WFH;
2. Food;
3. Cars;
4. Massive PTO;
5. long parental leave;
6. high salaries;
7. small work requirements.
Is it any wonder that there will be an employment crash?
