struggle for the first 4-5 years to be in the top half of the bottom third of the league. They will improve to the middle third and be consistently in the top half of the middle third. They will periodically crack the bottom half of the top third and every 10-15 years they might challenge for a conference championship. That is the best they can do. The honor code is a very large hurdle. I like the honor code and think BYU is a better place because of it. The HC just makes it difficult to be a consistent power in a big, powerful, conference. I’m fine with what their ceiling will be. Many on here will be frustrated and may need to find a new team to cheer for.
