Acorn All-American

loans from two different credit unions with fake ID's. They have a picture of him, but it isn't him. Not sure how many local credit unions this guy scammed. Walked away with $10,000 in both cases. Only question is will there be more?

Most regular people don't know to NEVER send a wire based on email

Local moves can be done with cashier's checks. But wires can also be used.

Often times yes. Or the money is quickly forwarded on to a foreign account.

Usually only a few minutes in a US account, then immediately wired overseas.

The bank can only go off what you tell them. Usually this scams come in the form
