#4 but I would counter less pay. 165k but at least 5% equity.
Essentially, you be investing. Also, over 3 years that could save the company 75k+ in compensation.
*Depends on where you live. However, 165k is significantly more money than I make now….so it would be win/win situation for myself.

#4 isn't enough equity if you are the first employee who isn't a founder. I'd want more. If they get any investment
