If you're taking offer 4, you need a lot more equity because you're going to be
diluted as they raise more capital.
I'd caution against thinking they have no competitors because for the same reason that company is in stealth mode, others may be a well (and there is a lot of internal innovation happening with EVs from established auto makers to battery manufacturers, lifecycle management companies, recyclers, etc.)

#4 isn't enough equity if you are the first employee who isn't a founder. I'd want more. If they get any investment
