No competition is code for too early
It sucks to work at the company that defines the market, very rarely does the true leader benefit economically from a niche that needs definition. It's best to work at #2 or #3 entrants.

#4 isn't enough equity if you are the first employee who isn't a founder. I'd want more. If they get any investment
