Yeah, there's some clear counterpoints
They've been discussed ad nauseam and the question was why Utah could ever be ahead of Arizona, so there's some arguments that can be made. Which is why I mentioned the arguments for, instead of the arguments against
Not sure they're strong arguments, but depending on the person they could at least resonate to some. The issue is that the person who values those factors will lean towards Colorado over Utah

Will it happen? I doubt it. Too many other schools with more value. But Dismissing it completely doesn’t make sense.
