Yep they said they were putting that into a fund that KS controls.
This is in 2 things:
1. Players not completely understanding what they were getting.
2. The accounting process at BYU taking so long.
Built had given all the money but it was taking BYU so long to figure it out, that money had not gone into the fund as of yet. And even then it would have been up to KS for what the $$ went too.
If I was Built or any other company I would not be doing that part again, that came back to burn you and I don’t feel like BYU really backed them up in this.
