by a guy 3 times in stop and go traffic. I wasn’t tailgating him we were all just moving as the flow continued. But he kept looking in his review mirror at me and then would allow 3-4 car lengths open ahead of him. As I released my break in preparation for him to move forward he would start going then slam on his breaks with still a full car length ahead of him. I started to make some gestures at him to indicate I knew what he was doing and for him to cut it out. But my wife held me back. Glad she calmed me down but I was starting to get mad fast.
