This guy in a gold colored VW Jetta was in the left lane, playing games with cars. He was doing this exact same thing, slowing down in the left lane until someone would try to pass on the right and then he would speed up. I saw him do this with three cars and myself. As I passed him, I saw that it was two punk 20ish year old kids. They were laughing and having a great time, at everyone else's expense. They kept getting passed, even though they tried hard to match everyone's speed - their Jetta just didn't have the guts to accelerate with everyone.

I was praying that I would see them get pulled over, but no luck.
