They’ve consistently beaten a solid number of *PAC* teams and literally not 1 single P5 team outside their crappy PAC.
What does that tell you about them compared to any team in any other conference? Not much, and nothing good.

Average Sagarin Score of Each PAC/XII Member over the last decade - seems hard to have anyone besides Oklahoma St as #1

The most logical metric is to start with the CFP era...there Utah is a full fledged member receiving the same

This is pretty close to exactly that - starting in 2013, instead of 2014. Utah is up there... but not at the top
