There's no doubt Utah would contribute on the field and be a strong program in the Big 12
I just think that Oklahoma St is consistently overlooked and deserves more credit than they get on the national scene.

The most logical metric is to start with the CFP era...there Utah is a full fledged member receiving the same

This is pretty close to exactly that - starting in 2013, instead of 2014. Utah is up there... but not at the top
