Why treat customers like that? Seriously deny boarding for 1/4" when they KNOW

the bags will fit under the chair? Just seems sooooo stupid to lose customers for life because of something so trivial. I was always taught that if someone likes your business they'll tell 1-2 people, if you treat them like crap and they hate your business they'll tell literally everyone they know. Seems like a huge longterm loss for them to treat people like this.
