Ryanair did something similar to me once, hate them and will never fly them

again.

I tried Frontier once. The seats were the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. Couldn't keep my arm on the 1.5 inch hard plastic armrest without pain. I'm 100% convinced they spent extra money to design the most absurdly uncomfortable seats, instead of just using the basic standard pattern that are serviceable.

I also decided to ever avoid them if at all possible.
