I have family in Colorado, we've used it a lot. You have to know how they play the game. If you only have a personal item, when you fly out of Denver, they will make you stuff it in the box. You have to have a smaller bag that is soft enough that you can stuff it in there. I wouldn't ever try to take anything with a hard side, or with wheels, as a personal item.

But they are terrible. The seats are the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in on an airplane, with a tray table about the size of an index card. I wouldn't want to fly on one of their planes for a longer flight.
