He seems similar to John Beck to me. He was a solid qb for three years. But, he just didn't have that "it" factor (which I might equate to eliteness).
But, his senior year? He had definitely developed that elite "it". He had become the "whole package", and his confidence and results showed it.
Dallin Hall gives me that vibe. Whether he finds 'it" next year or his senior year, I don't know. But, I believe he WILL get there.
