Still falling too. List prices wont reflect a 20% drop but looking at actual sales price (because everything was going for over list) the drop is probably right around 20% in San Antonio.

Austin is worse. They are closer to 30-35% from the peak. Total obliteration for anyone that bought in 2022 or later in Austin.
