If Pope keeps a heavy eye on Utah — or on BYU's interests — while at UK... he won't last two years there.
And if Young can't deal with whatever rare competition Pope brings to our program on occasion — he won't last very long with us, either.
I do hope both men are wildly successful. And like I said (naively or otherwise): Pope will NOT be a major thorn in BYU or KY's sides beyond this initial season.

I'm not sold Pope will value them all that much. He risks a lot of criticism if they don't pan out for him at UK.

Ruechert probably will be a target by Pope, yes. I don't see Pope eyeing Utah recruiting much beyond that, though.
