Again there maybe rare cases where that happens but it is not the norm and makes
no sense. Most people can't afford second homes unless they rent them out. The majority of Airbnb owners are doing it because they can make or think they can make potential rental income. Your situation is not the norm. If Airnbn's are removed housing prices will decrease and hotel prices will increase.
