Agree AirBnb increase tax revenue and generally use less resources like schools
That can be good for residents as far as tax revenue. But that is not even the point. Airbnbs decrease the housing supply and increase housing prices for full time residents. Eliminating Airbnbs will decrease potential second home buyers thus increasing supply and decreasing prices. That is the point.
