Rope facepulls AthleanX technique, also what I call W’s not sure the actual name
But basically using dumbbells and doing lateral raises but with the hands externally rotated. So thumbs are pointed up and slightly posterior as you do them.

Basically these two exercises work medial and posterior heads of the delts
