Oh, yeah. It's labor intensive for sure. But the payoff on the health side ...
is huge! Objectively, huge. I've done it. I've seen the test results. Even then, it's an effort of will to stay on that path. I drift off. Fight my way back onto the path. Drift off again. Battle back. That's my routine. Ha ha! But I don't give up. 🙂
