I seriously doubt they expect her at an Elementary School by 7am
it might be written in her contract, but from what I know, teachers rarely show up 30 minutes before class starts. And that's at the high school level.
So, to sum up, Teachers have relatively regular hours/expectations, only work 2/3rds what private sector people work, have better retirement, better benefits, better vacation/sick time, but get to complain more... Got it.
