I don't blame the teachers for this, and wouldn't want to see their salaries cut
to make up for the shortfall.
I blame the admin and some of the over the top crazy PTA people who want to do every fundraiser under the sun.
I woukd much rather just give my kids teachers gift cards for supplies directly rather than have all the overhead, time wasting, and cheesiness that goes along with the fundraisers.
