They just aren't as widely known, and most of them are Internet based but still profitable. Oklahoma has a regional "Network" that is tied in with Fox Sports and currently makes $7 million/year; it is available online for those that don't want cable or don't live in the region. Kansas makes about $6.5 million/year from their Jayhawk Network (which I believe is Internet based). It appears West Virginia is making just over $9 million/year in a media deal with IMG (believe that is all media, about $5 of which from 3rd tier rights). And, if you recall, when BYU played Kansas State, even they were selling the video feed online done by their network.
