How does mostly public school/secular conference utilize BYUtv?

As I understand it, BYUtv is primarily a proslytizing tool of the Mormon Church. Would the LDS Church agree to broadcast Big 12 games on BYUtv without any LDS related commentary or advertisements? And does BYUtv have enough commercial support to add revenue to the Big 12 like ESPN or FOX?
