include BYU. The commercials are lame but not doctrinal. Having said that I do not see BYUTV broadcasting non-BYU games as a big selling point for the Big12. It doesnt bring in enough money and it wont do that many games. Maybe showing late night replays for other schools would make it worth it but I doubt it.

BYU and the 12th team would have to agree to be phased into the conference only taking the money from the championship game and the extra content (games) they add. Once the next TV deal is in place they could be full partners.
