OU and OSU have signed away their TV rights to the Big 12 even if they

leave. They can't be on TV if they go to another league. Therefore they're worthless to the SEC's TV deal for a certain number of years. That's the latest weapon used by leagues now to prevent further poaching because it's more effective than just raising the exit fees.
