Sadly, with the playoff they will feel more entitled to

take two teams from the same conference than they did with the BCS because they now have four whole slots to fill instead of two.

Personally I don't think a four team playoff is any better than the BCS system. For me 8 teams is the minimum with 16 being ideal (amazing that D-II figured that out years ago). With 8 teams I would not have any problems if Bama and Auburn ended up in the title game - other than I hate both teams.
