And that's where I kind of stand...

Although, there is nobody on the current staff that I would replace Bronco with, but if Bronco was told to bring in Sitake to groom to be the next HC, by giving him full reign over the defense... I'd be alright with that.

I really think Sitake needs to be brought on board after this season... bring him on, let him hire his own coaches... let Bronco complete his contract and then let Sitake take over.
