multiple years of experience coaching at a college level prior to coming to BYU and starting a new position to learn... I can accept that. But Bronco is hiring people that zero coaching experience and promoting them at a very rapid pace to position that they weren't even qualified to be holding their previous position to begin with.

The coaches to replace Bronco, that have been named, have at least been coaching for quite sometime and have all had success at their respective levels.
