Sure, that was too strong, but the point remains. Bronco has made BYU
competitive in an environment that LaVell didn't face. This is true in all facets of the game...competition...academics...honor code...you name it.
Bronco also weathered the storm of being in the MWC with no visibility. He gets far less credit than he deserves.
