what are the ramifications of bad calls/games? do the refs get told "Bad call" then never hear about it again?
What I am trying to say is that officiating never seems to get better, so what is the point of evaluating officials if it does nothing to help the way a game is called?

It seems to me like the LDS church and meetings, if there is a question/concern they call a meeting, I am pretty sure I have attended meetings about meetings. but nothing changes.
